Why This Workshop
How can teachers and caregivers equip students with the skills they need to manage their behavior and reach their goals? This workshop focuses on building key executive function (EF) skills including self-awareness, emotional regulation, time management, planning, goal setting, and persistence, all of which support effective self-regulation. Educators, specialists, and parents will learn practical strategies to nurture and strengthen these executive function skills, empowering students to thrive at school and at home.
